      What is your return policy?

      For bathroom vanities, please reach out to the retailer where the item was purchased  for instructions on processing an exchange or return.

      For all other items purchased directly through the Ikou website (side splashes, touch up kits, etc), please contact us at support@ikouinc.com for further assistance.

      Restocking fee policy

      • Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns on items purchased directly from the Ikou website.
